Permolock allows users to drive while sitting in their wheelchairs. This lock down device is designed only for use with the C400 and C500 power wheelchairs. The installation of the Permolock C must be performed by a National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA) Certified Dealer.

Permolock consist of two elements. One is a locking device mounted to the wheelchair chassis and operated by a control button on the front edge of the armrest. The second element, a locking plate, is mounted in the vehicle. This is operated by a control button mounted in the vehicle.
